I've had him come out a couple of times now; the first time he pulled a bird nest out of my dryer vent (and fixed it so they can't nest there anymore), and then he came out to change my air filters (which were gnarly) and changed out my water softener unit. Super friendly and helpful, explained everything, even called the city to arrange pickup of the old water softener unit.
